Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steels 17-4Ph Round bars
Product Description
L.V.Overseas is a well-known supplier of Stainless Steel UNS S17400 Round Bars, which is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel. Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Round Bars is capable of attaining a wide range of strength and toughness properties depending on the precipitation or aging temperature used in hardening. Alloy 630 Round Bars contains approximately 15 – 17.5 % chromium and 3 – 5 % nickel, as well as 3 – 5 % copper. Stainless Steel DIN 1.4542 Round Bars are used in manufacturing items such as an ordinary saucepan to space-going vessels. Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Rods is a chromium-copper precipitation hardening stainless steel that is used for applications requiring high strength and a moderate level of corrosion resistance. Alloy 630 Rods is magnetic, readily welded, and has good fabricating characteristics, though it will lose some toughness at higher temperatures. High strength of Stainless Steel S17400 Bars is maintained to approximately 600 degrees Fahrenheit (316 degrees Celsius).
Alloy 17-4 PH Bars is nickel aluminum bronze and is widely used when even greater strength than aluminum bronze is required, such as for pump agitators, cam bearings, shafts and aircraft parts. Alloy 630 Bars is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides an outstanding combination of high strength and good corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel WNR 1.4542 Rods is precipitation hardening stainless steels are chromium and nickel containing steels that provide an optimum combination of the properties of martensitic and austenitic grades.
