Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steels

lvogroups_aluminumsheet

Product Description

We deliver the best service of manufacturing Precipitation hardening stainless steels all over worldwide. It contais of chromium and nickel that provide an optimum combination of the properties of martensitic and austenitic grades. Like martensitic grades, they are known for their ability to gain high strength through heat treatment and they also have the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels.

The precipitation hardening (PH) stainless steels are a family of corrosion resistant alloys some of which can be heat treated to provide tensile strengths of 850MPa to 1700MPa and yield strengths of 520MPA to over 1500MPa – some three or four times that of an austenitic stainless steel such as type 304 or type 316.

The family of precipitation hardening stainless steels can be divided into three main types – low carbon martensitic, semi-austenitic and austenitic
