A coupling is a connector use to squinch 2 pieces of pipe mutually using threaded rings. Half Coupling (Round Body-SW) only vestments at one end the other end is welded or differently fastened to the pipeline. Hoses frequently attach using a half- coupling.

Hoses are a readily identifiable substance that connects using a half coupling. The threaded end is squinched onto a gate, while the redundant end is clamped onto the sock. With pipeline, one end of a half- couple is screw onto the pipe, while the other end is complete to be tightly fitted, or welded, onto the other end.
Half- couplings move toward in manly and womanish kinds. The manly half- couplings have outside vestments that the pipe fits over. Womanish half- couplings have interior vestments. The pipeline is fitted and perverse to secure the connection.
